I'm craving for more KRAVE products! (my first vlog)

Hi Dolls I'm back! I really missed blogging and I'm so thankful that school is finally over so it means I can blog more reviews for you. For my comeback post here is Krave Luxurious Perfection Loose Mineral Foundation which I got from Ms. Donna the official distributor of Krave products here in Las PiƱas.

Ok! Everybody is raving about this Krave Mineral brand and of course I don't want to be out of the trend so I bought one actually two 'cause I also bought pretty young thin face contouring powder which will be the next topic on my post :) After using this mineral makeup brand it made me crave for more krave products! like i want to try all them all hohoho!

So here are the things that make me crave for more Krave:
  • It has a very nice coverage
  • hypoallergenic
  • It is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores)
  • It is non-acnegenic (won't cause breakout)
  • It is super lightweight
  • It is very easy to apply
  • It lasts long like 4-5 hours
  • It gives a flawless finish
  • It can be used depending on the coverage you want (refer to the video below)
 What I don't Like:
  • this luxurious perfection line only has three shades to choose from
  • This one is the darkest shade but it is still light for my skin

Verdict:
I love this loose mineral foundation because of its so many benefits on my skin but probably next time I will buy the complexion perfection loose foundation because I think the right shade for me is on this line :)

Sorry If the video is not high quality I wish next time I will have a nicer camera :)

Olay Total Effects Anti-aging Eye Cream

Way back in September 2011 I've been sleeping for less than 8 hours since I was really having fun browsing the net, when I wake up each morning I'll go check out myself into the mirror and notices the puffyness and dark circles under my eye I was really bothered by it so what I did is my usual routine, each time I'm having problems with my skin I'll rush into a beauty store and look for a product that will help me solve my skin problem. There at Watson's I saw a lot of eye products and examined each. After my thorough testing of those eye cream products I landed with the decision to buy the Olay Total Effects Anti-Aging Eye Cream because of its many benefits like it is specially formulated for the sensitive skin around eye area, it helps reduce dark circle (my main problem), fine lines, and wrinkles around the eye area.

To use it just get a pea size amount and gently pat it all over the eye area until thoroughly absorbed but make sure you don't rub it or else you want to develop fine lines before their time!

     So here now the Pros:
  • It's not greasy
  • It can be absorbed easily by our skin
  • It brightens my under eye area
  • It can last forever! no just kidding haha! I mean it takes a lot of time for me to empty this small jar, I've been using this for 6 months now.
  • It is a good base for concealer
  • It doesn't have a sting effect unlike the other eye creams
  • I love the shimmering effect :)
   Cons:
  • It comes with a big box
  • Like I said earlier it's a bit pricey, it costs 699 Pesos, but don't worry you'll be using it for more than 6 months naman eh! :)
Verdict : I love this product and I feel so lucky that I discovered the power of Olay before it's too late :)

REVLON Colorstay Foundation for combination/oily skin

I know that this Revlon Colorstay foundation has been reviewed a million times but of course not all of us have the same experience about this product so let me share you mine. It's December of last year and our Paskuhan is nearly approaching, of course as a girl I want to look good in that very special night of us Thomasians so what I did was to search for a foundation that suits my skin type (combination skin) and has a great coverage for my acne marks, I read a lot of blogs and reviews about the best foundation that other girls have tried, the most recommended foundation is this Revlon Colorstay foundation many of them said that this one is the best foundation they have ever tried compared to foundations of other great brands like MAC, Lancome, L'oreal etc. so after knowing that this one does an awesome job the next day I went to a mall and look for it. When I found it I examined the different shades to catch the right one for me, I end up getting 240 Medium Beige though it's not exactly my shade I still get it because it's the shade nearest to my skin color.

Okay! Let's evaluate the performance of this product now!

    PROS:
  • It gives a flawless look when properly blended
  • It gives a medium to full coverage
  • It may serve as a concealer too
  • It lasts whole day long
  • It controls the oil on my T-zone
  • It doesn't irritate my skin
  • It's cheaper than the other famous brands
    CONS:
  • They say that it doesn't feel heavy! but it does!
  • The packaging doesn't have a pump
  • It smells awful! Like a strong chemical smell
  • Few shades are available here in the Philippines
  • It dries up pretty fast so I find it hard to blend
  • It is too drying! it claims that it is for combination skin but it flakes on the dry part of my face so be careful if you have a dry skin condition make sure to moisturize your face very well

OVERALL:
I would rate this product as 3/5 I was satisfied on how it covers my blemishes and how it gives me a flawless look when I blend it properly, however there are a lot of things that this product failed to impress me, I wasn't really fond of its smell, its too drying formula and the way it feels on my face, honestly I find it really heavyweight and feels heavier whenever I sweat or whenever I am exposed to sun haha I don't know  maybe it's not really suited for the weather condition here in the Philippines. hmm maybe next time I'll try Photoready hopefully that one is better than this one. :D

E.L.F. Studio Eye Primer and Liner Sealer

I have never tried using any eye primer before but many times I notice that after an hour of wearing my eyeshadow it started to fade or crease because of my oily lids so I have to look for a solution for my problem and luckily I saw this E.L.F. studio eye primer and liner sealer in SM department store beauty section. Before buying it I made sure that I have an idea on how it works so I read the description on the back of its box, it claims that it will give you lasting eye color that won't smudge or budge! The eye primer side sets your eyeshadow so it won't fade, bleed, or crease while the liner sealer transforms your eyeshadow into waterproof, smudge-proof liquid eyeliner.

What I love about the eye primer:
  • It looks sticky but actually it not! :) It glides smoothly on my lids.
  • It is very easy to apply
  • It gives my eyeshadow more vibrant look
  • It helps my eyeshadow last longer
After I dabbed the primer

What I love about the liner sealer:
  • Lets you create an eyeliner of your desired color
  • the liner lasts until it is removed

Note: Make sure to clean the stained part of the liner sealer before putting it back to avoid contamination of the clear liquid liner

Verdict: Yes this is a good product, besides it's cheap it is priced for 250 Pesos only so the benefit exceeds the cost, however though this is the only primer that I have used I still cannot say that it is the best, it may help my eyeshadow last longer but still not long enough! It let my eyeshadow last for only 3-4 hours.
I know that there are many other eyeprimer in the market that can beat the job of this one but just be ready to hit the bank because they are priced 6x more than the price of this one, but if you are just a beginner I advise you to try this one first before shedding too much money for a professional eyeprimer!
